Large, opulent flowers of old peony charm meet the improved habit of the more contemporary peonies – in short, the best of both worlds! Massive buds lead to massive flowers in a soft, apple blossom pink. The large double flowers are well organized with notched petals that pile into a high crowned mound. Plants are reliable and floriferous, having side buds in spades that provide additional colour and extend the blooming period. The plant habit is attractive and stem strength is good, sufficient to hold the flowers up well under most conditions. Performs well as a cut flower.
