A rapturously beautiful, shining white hidden gem that is highly regarded amongst in-the-know peony enthusiasts. This amazing double with a highly tailored form stands out amongst a great many other white lactifloras and should be better known and grown. The near perfect rose form is garbed in a bright white with an inner ivory glow and the flowers are matched by equally attractive landscape qualities – tall, strong stems that hold the blooms up without need for support, a heavy flowering nature, and a good rate of increase. These qualities also make for an incredible cut flower. Its entry in the international registry captures the initial fervor that surrounded this variety, comparing it to and, in fact, holding it above Elsa Sass, an already extremely fine peony variety – high praise!
