Impressively large, lemon-yellow semi-double flowers can approach full double on well grown specimens. The form is exquisite with broad cupped guards housing a mass of textural swirled petals interspersed throughout the stamens, which is quite reminiscent of a David Austin rose. The plant is compact and low growing with strong stems resulting in flowers that stay upright through bouts of wind and rain. Several well-formed side stems per stem are possible, lengthening the bloom period.
