Addis Ababa is from the breeding work of Adam Yakabuskie. If you are looking for a dark garden treasure, then this martagon lily might be for you. Fuzzy buds open to feature large, dark maroon flat flowers with a dark reverse on a very sturdy dark stem with the dark coloration carrying through to the whorled leaves, giving this lily a very distinctive trait. The down facing flowers are large in size with a flat form, and a slight recurve. The glossy appearance in the flower add additional interest in this plant. Strong vigorous grower.
