An astounding creation of the famed Brand Nursery, Mrs. Frank Beach produces large, picture-perfect, creamy white flowers. Double flowers are a perfectly sculpted rose type with long, lacinated petals that produce a very textural appearance. Strong stems are draped in dark green foliage on a plant showing good vigor and rate of increase. Blooms are steeped in a heavenly fragrance that is sweetly delicious, and young plants are known to quickly provide value in the garden by producing large, well-formed flowers in their first year. This late bloomer extends the peony season and furnishes blooms of superior cut flower quality. This heirloom variety shares a small Canadian connection, being celebrated with an Award of Merit at an international American Peony Society show that was held in London, Ontario in 1922.  Side buds extend the bloom period.
