A delicate and romantic variety, Sweet Melody breathes life into the landscape with its serene presence. Its flowers are a lovely soft pink, semi-double in form, and roughly 6 inches wide, and petals taper off in size towards the center, where petals may be interspersed throughout the stamens. Though there is some variability in form within plants, the general impression is a tranquil, lotus shaped bloom. Stem strength is good and plants are reliable. Sweet Melody offers a mild perfume and side buds extend the blooming period.
